EasyNext100-OMNI-S
EasyNext100-OMNI-S is a modular and highly expandable AMR mobile robot chassis designed for indoor logistics, autonomous transportation, inspection, and secondary development. Equipped with an integrated drive system and shock-absorbing suspension, it delivers stable and reliable autonomous mobility across factories, warehouses, service environments, and other indoor scenarios.
Powered by SLAM navigation and multi-sensor fusion, the platform supports autonomous localization, mapping, flexible obstacle avoidance, path planning, in-place steering, and autonomous recharging. Emergency stop protection, sound and light warnings, and status indicators further enhance operational safety.
Standardized mounting holes and multiple peripheral interfaces enable fast integration of delivery cabinets, robotic arms, conveyors, sensors, and customized upper modules. As part of the EasyNext platform family, it also supports robotics education and research in motion control, navigation, machine vision, laser SLAM, multi-sensor fusion, and embodied AI applications.

The EasyNext100-OMNI-S chassis body integrates a vertical lifting column module, enabling adjustable load height. The platform can be precisely raised and lowered according to operational needs, adapting to scenarios such as high and low workstation docking, cargo loading and unloading, equipment inspection and observation, and automated transfer. The lifting operation is smooth and stable, with high positioning accuracy. No additional modification to the chassis structure is required, and modular splicing allows for rapid prototyping. This makes it easy to create lifting handling and inspection robots, significantly expanding the operational scenarios.

Full-form integration solution: a three-in-one combination of EasyNext100-OMNI-S mobile chassis, lifting column, and flexible multi-joint robotic arm. The chassis is responsible for autonomous mobile navigation across the entire area, the lifting module adjusts the working height, and the multi-joint robotic arm completes delicate actions such as grasping, handling, operating, and debugging. The entire system is controlled in an integrated and collaborative manner, capable of handling complex work conditions such as workshop loading and unloading, material sorting, equipment operation and maintenance, intelligent inspection operations, and flexible automated assembly.
