EasyNext100-LDAT-DIFF-S

Integrated machine with chassis, lifting mechanism, torso, and dual robotic arms

Ultimate full-function integration solution: EasyNext80S-DIFF-S mobile chassis + lifting column + torso body + multi-degree-of-freedom dual flexible robotic arms integrated combination. The chassis is responsible for autonomous mobile navigation and environmental traversal; the lifting module can adjust the working height over a wide range; the dual robotic arms can complete delicate actions such as grasping, sorting, material transfer, and precision operations; significantly shortening the overall development cycle and quickly launching composite intelligent service and industrial robot projects.

EasyNext100-SC-DIFF-S

EasyNext100-SC-DIFF-S

Chassis + scissor lift module

The modularized scissor lift actuator is mounted on the bare chassis body, relying on the scissor structure to achieve smooth lifting with a large stroke. The lifting load is stable, the lifting span is large, and the support rigidity is strong. It can quickly build a lifting transfer robot and a lifting inspection platform, taking into account both flexible movement and wide-range height adjustment capabilities.

EasyNext100-FDA-DIFF-S

EasyNext100-FDA-DIFF-S

Integrated model of chassis + folding bracket + torso + dual robotic arms

The integration of a folding support frame, torso body, and multi-degree-of-freedom dual robotic arms constitutes the prototype of a lightweight humanoid working robot. The chassis is responsible for autonomous navigation and movement in all directions; the folding bracket can flexibly store and adjust the body posture; the dual flexible robotic arms have multi-joint mobility, capable of performing delicate actions such as grasping, sorting, operating, and debugging, significantly reducing the development cost of the mechanical structure and chassis control from scratch.

EasyNext100-LDAE-DIFF-S

EasyNext100-LDAE-DIFF-S

Chassis + multi-section electric lifting column + torso + dual robotic arms full-function model

The bare chassis is equipped with a multi-segment electric cylinder lifting system, a torso body, and dual-arm actuators. The lifting operation is smooth and precise in positioning. Coupled with the dual-arm operation module, it can not only change the operation area through large-scale lifting but also rely on the robotic arms to complete precision operations. Integrators can quickly deploy commercial composite intelligent robot products.
