EasyNext100-SC-OMNI-DH
Chassis + scissor lift module
Based on the omnidirectional chassis, a modular scissor-type large-stroke lifting mechanism is added. The scissor structure features strong load-bearing rigidity, stable lifting operation, sufficient lifting range, and stable positioning accuracy. The modular splicing and integration are simple, without the need to modify the chassis navigation and motion underlying programs. Different upper structures can be adapted to the lifting module with a short landing cycle, enabling the rapid construction of an omnidirectional lifting robot platform.

EasyNext100-FDA-OMNI-DH
Integrated model of chassis, folding mechanism, torso, and dual robotic arms
Integrating folding technology, bionic torso, and multi-degree-of-freedom dual flexible robotic arms, we have constructed a mobile dual-arm operation robot body. The folding bracket allows for flexible adjustment of the robot’s posture, ensuring a compact and lightweight structure. The multi-joint robotic arms exhibit smooth and flexible movements, enabling them to independently perform delicate tasks such as material grasping, sorting and disassembly, equipment maintenance and operation, and working condition debugging. This significantly reduces the customer’s investment and cycle in developing mechanical structures and motion control systems from scratch.

EasyNext100-LDAE-OMNI-DH
Chassis + multi-level electric cylinder lifting column + torso + dual robotic arms full-function complete machine
Ultimate fully-configured integration solution: The omnidirectional chassis is equipped with a multi-segment electric lifting column, a torso body, and a dual-arm execution module. The multi-segment electric cylinder enables ultra-large-range stepless height adjustment, with smooth lifting without jitter and stable locking. Combined with the dual-arm work unit, it covers a wide range of high and low span work areas. The open-type underlying architecture, coupled with hot-swappable dual-battery power supply, balances long-term stable commercial operation and freedom for secondary development, making it suitable for the batch implementation of various customized complete machines.
